When it comes to neighborhoods in Modesto, most people know Del Rio, Village One, and Dutch Hollow, which are some of the most prestigious neighborhoods.  However most people do not know about probably the best kept secret in Modesto, known as Creekside. 

This area is located in South East Modesto, between Claus and El Vista (Oakdale) Rd and Scenic and 132.  Almost everyone in town knows about the golf course that is there, but most know nothing else about this neighborhood. 

First, it is a family-oriented environment.  There are many parks and schools located very near the golf course. In addition, there is only one major thoroughfare in the area, which consists of the majority of traffic. There are two enormous parks in the area, where you can take the family for a walk, play catch, or just have a family outing. Most of the homes in the area are single-family homes, with a few condominiums such as the Villas at Creekside. 

Next, the crime rate is low.  Many people looking to move to Modesto are concerned that there is lots of gang activity and that the crime rate is extremely high. Well, in many areas of Modesto that is true, but the Creekside area has a very low crime rate. With the improvements being made near the golf course, the neighborhood is being revitalized, with most homes only being 10-15 years old.

Finally, it is convenient.  It is only a short distance to get onto HWY132 from Creekside, and from there to get on HWY99 is very close.  In addition, there is lots of shopping nearby.  All your needs can be met within the few short miles that Creekside consists of.

Creekside is a hidden gem in Modesto whether you are buying or selling.  It is a secret that needs to be let out.
