Each team participating in the College Station Fajita Cook-Off must include a head cook who is at least 18 years old that will be responsible for everything prepared and presented to the judging panel as well as the actions of the team members within their space.  Food can be marinated off-site but must be cooked at the event itself.  Mechanical tenderizing will not be allowed.  A 110/220 volt electrical plug-in will be provided for each team site.  While self-contained propane is allowed, no generators, open fires or open pits will be allowed.
