What if...it was all easier?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Real Estate Client Prep

Have you ever stood back and looked at your business and tried to figure out ways to make it better but also make it easier. In this day and age, it has never been easier to make things easier by usng technology to simplify, systematize and automate aspects of your business so you could focus on making more money! (Or, heaven forbid, focus on having some of the free time youhoped for when you got into real estate!)

For example, wouldn't it be nice if you didn't have to spend so much time educating your clients about the ins and outs of real estate...not the specific-to-their-situation stuff,  but more the general how-tos, general what-to-expect, what-happens-next kindo of stuff?

It takes a lot of time to do that sort of thing, and to do it over and over and over and over again for each client not only takes time, it can be a little mind-numbing, too!

The best way to take the work out of it, take the mind-numbing out of it is to write it all out once, then automate it with an email campaign! Then all you have to do is get each client into your funnel and presto! They'll automatically get ALL the information you want them to have - the info that will make their lives easier, their transactions easier (and your's too!) and they get it all on autopilot! Nice!

Now, what if you were able to use tht very same system to ATTRACT LEADS and then automatically follow up with them as well? They'd be attracted to the information (and so they'd sign up for your emails) and then they'd become very impressed with you and see you as a trusted expert who is there to help them...so when it came time for them to hire an agent, of course they'd call you because of all you have already done for them!

So that means: new leads....well-educated leads who know what to do and what to expect...leads who are eager to work with you. NICE!

Setting up a compelling offer on your site, then having a follow-up email campaign that automatically and consistently followed up with your new leads is definietly the way to go to simplify, systematize and automate your lead gen and follow up.

If you want some ideas on how to do it, shoot me an email and I'd be happy to help you. Or, if you just want it all done for you, all set up and ready to go in less than 24 hours, visit www.leadbeach.com to learn how.

This is what should happen but in our imperfect worlds, many of us never seem to get around doing this. I know, an excuse and even though I have several such systems, I can always improve on these. You did make me think improving them.thanks and cheers cvc

Mark - Thanks. And yep, you nailed it, that's exactly why it's call Lead Beach...hang out at the beach while our lead gen and follow up system works for you!

Curits - You're right. And the reason I created Lead Beach is to help out those agents who never have the time set up their own system. Glad you've got some going and I'm glad if I prompted you to make some improvements. Shoot me an email if you want to bounce some ideas around, I'm happy to help (that's "help" not "pitch" :-) )

Caroline~ the better prepared one is- the better one is. Time is an important factor just as efficiency is; I tend to agree with you stanchly and think you are on to something big because time management is vital to any business.

Thanks for such a supportive comment, Jon! It is vital and with real estate agents in particular, time management and efficiency are so important that it just makes sense to systematize wherever you can! Thanks again!
