Coffee Creek and Sand Creek: Chesterton features these two award winning communities.  We have built in Coffee Creek's Morgan's Corner community where old world neighborhoods meet affordable homes  Starting at $175

Eagle Ridge and Timberand: Executive homes in Chesterton schools.  Now we're talking big, from 1500 square feet all the way to 4,000.  Homes from $225

Shadowood in Portage: The largest city and school system in Porter County.  Homes featured with basements even though most builders in Portage only have half basements.  We start at $190 and our newest model is underway for 2007.
