Congratulations to Team Davidson for an outstanding job in the month of March and the first quarter of 2013! We had twenty-one different agents with transactions in March to make $10 million in sales and $8.8 million in closings. Sales and closing numbers for the first quarter were even more impressive! Thirty-one agents had sales and twenty-six had closings to make $31 million in sales and $21.3 million in closings! Everyone did an amazing job, but we have to celebrate the ladies on top:
Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake are the Top Listing Agents for March with $700,000 in listings sold and over $1.4 million in total sales. They are an amazing team and were also our Top Producers for the month of February. Pauline and Woody sold three of their own listings in World Golf Village and a listing in Anastasia Island.
Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Listing Agent for the first quarter with over $2.3 million in listings sold and over $4.5 million in total sales. She was also the Top Listing Agent in January and February! Mirtha sold twenty properties in the first quarter, seven of which were new home construction.
And, Suzy Evans takes the crown as our Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for the month of March AND the quarter! She had nine sales in March everywhere from Ponte Vedra Beach to St. Augustine, totaling over $2.7 million in sales and $2.4 million in closings. Suzy had thirteen sales for the quarter equaling $5.3 million in sales and $2.8 million in closings. Also, she was our Top Sales Agent in February.
