Arina, I ABSOLUTELY love the outside double stairway on this one. I think I need to come out there and get this one for me or for an investor. Stunning with the palm trees. Plus it's new.
Only thing is it seems very small for the price, but I don't know your market prices. Our 1058 sqft properties are like $70K here so we definitely are on two different planets with the prices. Yours are definitely luxury living though.
I understand what are you saying Gary... These condos are a bit pricey but I can dig for you if you so desire. Just from the top of my head... here below are Condos priced from $120,000 to $150,000.
