Internet Advertising the Key to Productive Pascack Valley Open House!
Although it was too late to place an advertisement in the local newspaper, one of my clients requested that we have an Open House this past Sunday, (also well known as Super Bowl Sunday). I was a bit hesitant, since everyone had their minds on the Giants winning the Super Bowl ( and we ALL know how that turned out!), and since I was limited in advertising to the internet. Well, Bless the Internet. I had 7 groups of visitors to my beautiful new listing on Frederick Court in Park Ridge, a 6 year young Center Hall Colonial located on a cul de sac. Everyone I asked said that they came because of the internet ad..So, may I surmise that this is where my advertising dollars should go? And, to follow that thought just a bit further, should we Realtors be advertising in the print media who has single handedly been singing doom and gloom in the Real Estate Market?
This was a very positive Open House, and many buyers appeared to be interested, and very enthusiastic about purchasing in the near future. Again, the Real Estate Market is alive and well in the Pascack Valley.
