Hi Thesa, Thanks for coming by. Did I miss something today? You said "refreshing after today". Sounded like there were things going on that might not have been so positive. Update me, would you? Many Thanks.

Hi Dan, OBV is yet another great expression. Thanks for coming by and sharing. As I go through the MLS looking for properties, there don't seem to be too many of those of late. Using the new terms though certainly does help the consumer selling their property to get the right message. Especially if they buy into it.

Hi Jason, Nice to hear from you. How are you my friend? I was just thinking about you earlier and the way you supported me when I was new to ActiveRain. I wondered how I would ever build a following and would anyone care what I had to say. You reminded that I was a gaining a voice and encouraged me to stay with it. Here we are 10 months later and you are still supporting me. WOW! If that ain't loyalty , nothing is. You are a wonderful friend and I just wanted to tell you that you are greatly appreciated. Thanks Jason and that new post on making your home a " BIC "  is coming, albeit slowly, lol. Seems to be a wall of words at this moment and I am trying to decide if I should post the thing or break it apart and post it in parts.

Woo Hoo! Harly a day goes by I don't think of you, if in fact one does passes with out those thoughts. I sure do have a lot of catching up to do, don't I? Hey, I spoke to Lenn the other day and she gave me some really excellent advise and I am working on getting it implemented. Not only a bright and talented professional, she is so sweet. I love her voice on the phone. What a neat lady. I know you have spoken to her and thought I would share that with you. Just know you are thought of very very often.

Hi Tracey, I will adding a post or two on how to go about the process, tough i am sure you know well enough what would make Best in Class. I wrote the post for consumers to help them better understand what could make a significant competitive advantage for them if they embraced the concept. I may even do a web site to feature just those that meet the criteria.

My favorite on that CD is also the name of it. Hope. Something just extraordinary about that one. I realzed that I had never made you an associate, at least correctly. So I fixed it and you may wonder why you are just getting it.

Wouldn't a BIC have to be a BIP in order to qualify? Your title had me looking for the analogy to a BIC pen (how's that for branding?) until you explained it.  Your teaser worked - I'm waiting for the next post.

Hi Sharon, I would say yes. Though pricing is not enough, more the balance of a properly presented home with the amenities enhanced and priced competitively.

Hi William,  What a great way to put it for our clients!  Who wouldn't want to be BIC?  That's really what it takes these days and you've come up with a very straight-forward but friendly way to express it.  Cheers, Harley

Hello Harley, Many Thanks for your great comments. Always looking for ways to express things that gently reminds the Sellers that they must do more to be competitive and doing so usually will put them in the winning column. As you mentioned it is often times the way we express things that gets the ball rolling. Many thanks again for dropping by.
