Absentee blogger
Yes, it has been a while since I've written a blog. I've heard questions asking why I haven't blogged and when will I resume. In fact, just today during a Little League game, the man who coached one of my sons LAST YEAR commented on a blog I'd written and the photo within the blog as one that he really liked. That little reminder has jolted me into action to return to Activerain.
Yes, blogging is a good way to reach the community and to spread a good message. As busy as we've been and as much as our business has grown, there is still always good reason to reach out to the community and share our perspective on important matters. I have a whole host of topics that I've been meaning to blog about, based upon experiences from the past few months. Topics such as why we maintain the keys to rental homes, broker relations, when it's necessary to fire a client, the secret to good tenants, and many more have rattled through my mind.
I am timid to promise that I will resume blogging with the same regularity as before, but I do promise to try (if that can be considered a real promise).
