It's Cheap For What It Is...

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Green Light Real Estate

"It's cheap for what it is, but what the heck is it?"

Those are the words that came from a buyer today while showing a house for sale in Northfield, VT. I won't go into too much detail, but I will say that it's going to take someone with vision to make a go at it. Know anyone with vision?

Sorry for the short post, but I had to get this out before I forgot.

What was it???  Was it really "cheap"?    Don't know what kind of buyer you had, but hope you can find them something that appeals to them.

No, it wasn't really cheap. Just a quirky house at what seems to be a pretty competitive price. Sometimes I wish I were exclusively a buyer broker so I could talk more openly about listings...

Ray, More than likely your customers were stating an " objection ". An effective way of overcoming this objection. Is using a sales concept for overcoming objections. "Mirror imaging" and asking the customer to explain their position". Once you clearly understand your position. You have an " opportunity " to overcome the objection and bridge a path to close the deal. James Ignore there statement. James
