In response to the many postive requests I received about my "So, Ya' Wanna Move WHEN?" email on January 30th, I am providing a link to my site where you can find the transaction timeline matrix. This matrix is in Excel and can be saved to your hard drive. It is password protected to prevent unauthorized changes. However, it auto-updates every time you open it, showing which timelines are passed and which ones are in jeopardy. As the Average Days on Market (DOM) changes, I will update the calculations on that spreadsheet to reflect the most up-to-date information. Click here to open and/or save the matrix.
