What is Twitter? It's like a condensed version of a social network site, like Active Rain, or a blog. Basically, it's used for short messages - 140 characters or less. If you connect it with your cell phone, you can get quick updates via txt messages from the people you 'follow'.
Some people use it to connect with friends. Some people use it for fun (check out Darth Vader's Twitter).
The Hemet Home Loan Guy's Twitter will post updates on what is going on in the mortgage world. There's a widget on the right side of this blog that will show you an example of today's 'mortgage twitter'...it looks like this:
