I know as I write this that I am going to ruffle some feathers today, but I think it's worth it if it will get some people to look at their websites for what they are, and what they should be...because, right now, the VAST majority of agents websites aren't what they should be.

 

What's a website for, anyway?

Before you read on, please answer that question in your mind...

 

 

Got your answer? Great?

Was your answer something like: growing/building my business? I hope so!

But now, ask yourself....does my website truly work 24/7/365 to grow/build my business?

If the answer is yes, that's AWESOME! You've got it figured out! But if you are being honest, your answer was probably more like: "....well, kinda, I mean, I think it does...I hope it does"...so it might be time to step back and figure out what you can do to change that answer into a resounding "YES!!" 

The bottom line is that your online presence (your website, your FB page, your Twitter and Pinterest accounts, etc) everything you are doing online needs to have one goal and one goal only and VERY FEW AGENTS ARE DOING THIS!

Establish yourself as a trusted, helpful expert!

And by that, I do not mean telling your prospect how great you are, how fast you'll sell their house, how you're there for them every step of the way....frankly, every agent out there has similar verbiage on their website! The result is that your prospect is like "yeah, yeah, so what?" and that's if they even read it all.

The BEST WAY to establish yourself as a trusted, helpful expert ALSO happens to be the best way to stand out from the competition AND keep a STEADY STREAM of leads coming into your marketing funnel.

The BEST WAY is to GIVE THEM SOMETHING THAT WILL TRULY HELP THEM in their upcoming transaction!

NO ONE ...okay, almost no one is doing that! Set yourself up to be one of the first few...I guarantee you your bottom line, not to mention your schedule, will thank you!

Okay, so what's the ABSOLUTE BEST WAY??....Easy....Just have an offer on your website that works double duty....one that gives your prospects info they need and want (and that quite frankly, you'd like them to have before you work with them anyway!) AND it gives you a built-in lead generation system!

It's easy to do, and it is...

The MOST UNDERUTILIZED way to make your website a truly useful tool for building your business!

I SO want to see more agents using a sytem like this on their website...it's such a no-brainer and it really is do-able! And I want to help you do it!
