why if I had that much time to sit around long enough to find 100 cann't s

 most often - I'd  been able to HAVE already GOT  the JOB DONE!!

so whether you're very efficient or just plain lazy..

better to save yourself a great deal  of  time

and  lose that annoying  "I cann't, I cann't"  rhyme!

Because when your favorite Tare

of  "I cann't I can't- I'll tell you why" fills the Air,

 Your spouse will only Stare

more concerned that they either got nothing new  or clean to wear.

And don't  go bother them-your kids don't  really Care.

If a good  friend even listens-that would be Rare.

 More importantly  perhaps- Your boss won't buy into your Dare

that you cann't because life's just not Fair.

He'll just say that somebody soon-better  grow a new Pair

or you can keep it up  and likely  your cupboards  will  soon  be  Bare.

as he'll let you go and hire someone more positive with lots of Flair.

Then maybe you'll learn "I cann't, I cann't I'll tell you why" is a cry of those going  NOWHERE.

You should write more post like this, it's very uplifting and it helps people.

I will write more like this. Its just the way I tick. You has a deal for me. I love helping you all close purchse deals first and foremost. But remember I have helped a client recently that was just about to refi with the NO Closing Cost radio ad. We have all heard them them promise you no funds to close and they will pay for your closing cost. What I saw was unbelievable. I got his GFE. The rate was 1.5% higher and junk fees were inflated BIG TIME! I was able to save him $1000 per monthly and over $75,000 over the life of his term all with out refing once rates get better, unlike the radio ad said. I have no application fee no credit report fee and 15% title fees on refi's that you send to me by the end of Feb.

Last 20 minutes with me could save your clients 20 years off their mortgage.
