Rate Catch Up

      Rates have continued to improve over the last week despite positive trading in the stock markets.  The conforming 30 year fixed will begin the week at 3.50% and the high balance for Fairfield County only was bask down to 3.625% for the first time in a while.  We still had a jumbo 30 year at 3.75% and the jumbo ARMS remained at the low levels seen for months now.
