South Riding Mid Week Update 4/13/02013 - 4/17/2013

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 27 active listings. 4homeslistings new this week; 1 bank owned town home, 2 traditional sale town homes, and 1 traditional sale detached homes . 3 homes went under contract; 2 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional detached town homes. 3 homessold; 1 short sale condo and 2 traditional sale town homes. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
