A Land Park Cactus Garden and a Home Closing, Not Far Away

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

cactus garden in land parkAs I stumbled over the garden hose sprawled out all over in my back yard yesterday, I said to myself, Hey, I should shoot a photo of the cactus garden in bloom. Yup, my Land Park cactus garden is blooming even more spectacularly this year than the last because some of the baby offshoots of barrel cacti are producing flowers. It's like everything has exploded in color and my crepe myrtle is leafing out. Who doesn't love spring in Land Park? Who doesn't love spring all over Sacramento?

Everywhere I drive I see new leafs popping out and technicolor cinema-worthy flowers. Why I bet even the mulberry tree in front of my listing that closed yesterday is beginning to get new leaves. Those trees are so ugly in the winter when the branches are cut down to the knuckles. But mulberries are absolutely gorgeous in the summer. Read more in my personal blog today about a Cactus Garden in Land Park. I share interesting details about the Sacramento home escrow closing, too.

Your cactus garden in Land Park is really beautiful.  And I can't wait to see this back yard of your new Fair Oaks listing.

Who would think that those spiny things could be so petty but they are.  The reds and green match but that's part of Mother Natures design.

Hi Elizabeth, the blooms on your cacti are simply gorgeous! I love springtime when all sorts or colors and leaves start popping out all over...like old friends coming back to see us again.

Put 40 years of experience to work for you

Hey Chris Ann: The Fair Oaks listing is coming this Thursday. With any luck, it will also be featured in a story being done by the Sacramento Business Journal when they come over to finish up my interview.

Hi James: I am astonished that you aren't growing cactus where you live.

Hi Mary: It is like old friends, but friends who have now had children when you were sleeping.

Hi Inna: To answer your question, I write 30 blogs every month because I write a blog every day. The reason I write a blog every day is because something happens every day and every day there is something new to talk about. Beautiful purple.
