It appears that the Long Island Commercial Market is beginning to feel the tremors of the fallout.
Sales are starting to tighten for deals in the 1.5 and above range, while half million to million dollar sales for users are strong.
There has also been a large increase in the activity for leases. in the 2000- 3000 SF range.
The next 3 months should be telling on how rough it might get.
