I am looking for a good lender to partner with that will keep me updated on the leads I send to him and hopefully, he will be able to send me a leads now and then. But the most important part is finding someone that will respond right away to the leads and let me know what is going on with them. I know it is tough in this market because we have so many that it is hard to keep up with. But I would love to find someone that I can work closely with and is honest and treats his clients/my clients like they were gold. I work in all price ranges and have had a lot of credit challenged buyers lately, but I need to know if they can buy now, or sometime in the future. All leads don't work out, and I need to know someone will remain a good partner with the good ones and the bad ones.
My target area is east Atlanta and Gwinnett, Rockdale, Newton and Walton counties.
