Americans feel real estate is the best long term investment to make

By

According to a new Gallup poll, Americans are more confident in real estate than they are in gold. Real estate went up from 19 percent in 2011 to now 25%. The confidence in gold dropped to 24%. The newly booming real estate market has helped Americans stray away from wasting money renting an apartment, and gave them the oportunity to own a home of their own. High up on the list as well are stocks and savings accounts. So buyers, now is a great time to start looking for your perfect home!

That is good news.  I must admit I am a bit surprised at these results.  This is great news for the real estate market and for the recovery.
