Choosing the Right Property Management Software for Your Property

I read the article but you don't seem to give any recommendations.  Any thoughts on Quicken Rental Manager for doing small volume property management?

I'm checking out Propertyware now.  Online and pretty complete for something like $19 a month for up to 10 units.  Quick books integration and some pretty nifty add-ons like owner portals and online payments.  Seems pretty cool so far.

Best of luck and my regards,

I've used Quicken Rental Property Manager but it's tailored to Landlords vs. property managers and you have to manipulate the system and categories to make it work for you.  So what are the recommendations?
