Rates Remain Attractive

          Rates have remained low over the last week despite wild swings in the stock markets.  The conforming 30 year fixed will begin the week at 3.50% and the high balance for Fairfield County only remained at 3.625% again this week.  We still had a jumbo 30 year at 3.75% and the jumbo ARMS remained at the low levels seen for months now.  I have a client who is getting a 10/1 ARM for over $1 million at only 3.25% with 80 LTV.  At 75 loan to value it would be 3.125%
