Pronghorn Golf Course

In a recently article in Travel Leisure Golf, Central Oregon's Pronghorn Golf Course was ranked #8 inTravel Leisure Golf's "Top 100 Golf Communities".  The article ranks golf courses based on Amenities, Real Estate, and the golf course itself.  Pronghorn was also noticed for it's beautiful views of the Cascade Mountain Range.

The Course

Pronhorn offers 2 golf courses, the Nicklaus and Fazio courses.  Both courses have been highly rated by players and critics.  The Tom Fazio course was ranked #4 in a recent Golf Digest article on "America's Best New Private Courses".  The Jack Nicklaus course also ranked well in another Golf Digest article.  The Nicklaus course ranked #2 for "best new private course".

The Pronghorn Community

The Pronghorn Golf community is located just NE of Bend Oregon, towards the Powell Butte area.  The community offers stunning, exclusive real estate.  In addition to the 2 golf courses, the Central Oregon community has a premiere Clubhouse and golf academy.  Prongorn also offers recreational and outdoor activities to its residents.

Website feedback wanted

Hello, I work with a company that has just launched a new website for Pronghorn’s Tesana neighborhood.  We’re interested in feedback from real estate professionals about the site and the neighborhood.

Our goal is to elicit the idea of elegant, ecological, indoor-outdoor living in an intimate, artistic environment. The properties have spectacular Tom Fazio Golf and Cascade Mountain views, and each comes with a choice of seven Pronghorn-commissioned Bassenian Lagoni home designs. At Tesana, art and soul combine to create an exceptional leisure lifestyle. Prices range from $1 to $1.6 million and homes reflect the influences of Frank Lloyd Wright blended with traditional Tuscan authenticity and luxury.

Would you please visit the website at http://tesanaliving.com and let us know what you think of the site, and what would inspire you to sell homes in the neighborhood? Thank you.

Either add your comments here, or email info@widefoc.us.

Thanks!
