Did you catch your breath today?
There has been a lot of things going on in the world the last few weeks, and has put a lot of pressure on our time and thoughts. Sometimes catching our breath from all of this doesn’t seem like an option, because there is so much on our plate. Perhaps stopping, catching our breath, looking around and being grateful for all that is can help.
I had to really look at that picture for awhile. The girl is the spittin' image of my granddaughter, Isabella! Yes, this weekend has been a time to try and catch our breath. Keyword for this coming week, "KINDNESS."

You are so right as we have had so many upseting things going on in the US and today was a lovely and quiet day and i sure hope we have more quiet for the next few months or more. We could all use a chance to catch our breath.

Tom, That is a great photo! We usually use Sunday as just that, a day to catch our breath and take a break from the daily grind!
