To get your Lee's Summit Home Loan Preapproval you'll need to give us the following:
1. Your full legal name.
2. Your Social Security Number.
3. Your employment history.
a. including your title, salary and the length of time you've been working
there.
4. Your Rental History/mortgage history for the past 2 years.
5. We need to know if you had any of the following
a. bankruptcy
b. repossessions
c. foreclosures
d. credit repair
6. If you have a coborrower we'll need all the same information listed above for them.
Once we've gotten all the above information from you we'll check your credit once and if you've got a good credit score we can proceed in collecting your documentation and getting you on the road to mortgage success!
