Yes, the buyers are back!  Sold 3 properties last week.  One listing sold in less than a week and had multiple offers!  Don't let the cold weather keep you in!  There are buyers ready to go and they want to close within 30 days.  The rates are low, the prices have adjusted and life in real estate is good once again! 

How nice to be able to advise a seller that you show homes every night of the week!  As long as they price their home well, it will sell quickly (30 days is pretty quick), they can then buy their next home sooner and take advantage of the low rates, too!

It is a WIN-WIN!  Remember, your attitude of the market represents your listing and your buyers.  Positive, but, honest advice will make your job as an agent the wonderful profession it is!
