What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Cresta Norte Neighborhood are generally going to range between 3500 and 4500 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built by Toll Brothers less than ten years ago. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built in 2005. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it's not uncommon to find homes that have extensive front sitting porches and casitas adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a four plus bedroom layout with some models putting the guest bedroom in the casita. Most of the lots range between 1/4 acre and a 1/2 acre so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful Sonoran Desert landscape and weather.

In the evenings you will want to take a stroll down to enjoy dinner at any of the local eateries. Janey's Coffeehouse and Bodega features live music throughout the year and it's not uncommon to have it sold out on some nights for their favorite local bands.
