The sun poured through my bedroom window this morning. I knew after all of the rain we have had recently that this was going to be a great day.
I have been spending a lot of time reorganizing my house. My two oldest daughters have moved out and I am getting things organized just the way I want them.
My husband I love to remodel. I should say, I love the how it looks and feels when we are done remodeling. It can be messy, time consuming and not always go quite as planned but I love the finished project.
So when my husband (a firefighter) got off his shift this morning he wanted to know what I wanted to do today. So I teased, lets move things around and I would love to have a safe room. You know one that no one really knows about, we can keep items secure in and most importantly- just like on every Scooby Doo episode - I want a secret passage to get into it.
About 20 minutes later while I was making breakfast I heard the saw start up and the cat run upstairs. Looks like we have another project underway!
