Exploring the many sections of the brain of a Maine real estate broker...(Watching monitor) Here you can see the section that on the scope looks like a row of subdivisions..yes..this is the brain of a real estate broker..you can tell without even looking at his license on the office wall. (Peering closer and moving probe around slightly) See the little lot numbers and for sale signs and open house banners? (Removing and putting electrode in another section) Now this tougher than most sections of the motor skills section (broker jumps) Whoops..went a little too deep and hit the empathy section..sorry about that. Now as I was saying this section is tough because the broker has to be objective, help each party be reasonable during emotional crisis situations and delayed closings caused by low appraisals, repair lists and contingencies on other sales that fall thru (probing optical nerve section) Now this is interesting...this area is usually grey like the rest of the standard issue brain...but this broker's section is pink...kinda rosy. That must be because a home that has no maintenance and ten foot pole marks on it, still has potential he sees and the lot is extra large and in a desirable area....he sees things from the best view point and potential aspect...(sedated broker coming around) well...one more insertion....this brain is fascinating! (probe placed in long term memory region) Now this section (squinting) seems to not be grey and layered like most...it resembles a library..with rows and rows of memory circuits..that must be why this broker remembers lot sizes, old problems the home had years before during a sale and why he wonders if that covered up basement wall still has a crack behind it you could throw a cat out through...(removing probe) Okay...let's get him conscious and back out in the market to do what he does best, list, market, sell and deal with the public, bankers, lawyers. Next exercise will be to explore his heart...but for now...he has a closing in ten minutes so remove the sedation, zip back on the top of his head under that toupee. He needs to get back to work.
