Have the days of Brokers are God gone?

By
Real Estate Agent with Terra Firma Realty Group 3127547

Are the way homes listed and sold changing ? Is it getting computerized, buyers are smarter, No more hidden fee's. No more dishonest Brokers. Integrity is "in" not how much money you made! I sure hope so, Keller Williams is right on track, they know more is expected from agents and we have to be trained to deal with the New Age.

I know an agent makes the money for the Broker, then the Broker treats the agent like an employee, and never let's them learn enough to compete with the Broker... if the Broker sells and lists it is worse. I like where I work because it is a different framework. The agent is respected and taught to be self sufficient from the Broker. Extensive training and grooming. They know we are the one's making them money so they treat us right. They even profit share. How can you go wrong. How much honestly does the Broker save you. KW gives you 70/30 to start and 100% after you reach your cap for the year, which is reachable.
I can't see where it is to your benefit to sit in a Brokers office to catch a fly that might fly by because of an ad in the paper. I would rather put my own ad campaign's out there and make the profit.
If you are interested in finding out more please email me or come to our office and ask for me. I will be glad to introduce you to the best real estate experience you can find.

I also give to any licensed agent, active or INACTIVE a 25% referral fee, if its a super lead 30%

I think if we share refferals we could network better and I certainly would send a refferal to you in return.

Ask me about starting with a company that your commission split is 70/30 and you get 100% after you cap for the year , which is reachable. You OWN your listings.
