Well they got their compensation and are very happy. Rust consulting on behalf of the wrongdoers sent them a check for the nonsense endured way back then by no other than BANK OF AMERICA. At that time, they had the gold and they ruled without mercy, fairness, or a sense of justice mowing people down left and right with no regard for the humans involved...
WHAT A BANK IS
Well at least we now know what banking is, what it does and where it stands especially if there is a crisis. They will shoot first and ask questions later. Of course their CEO's will loot the company while this is going on and parachute out when the going gets rough. And then a few well placed phone calls guarantees no more than a slap on the wrist and reprimand..."you shouldn't have done that" and off they go to their mansions to ponder their misdeeds
FIVE STAR SERVICE
In a few short years from now, the public will have forgotten this crisis and the perpetrators of the largest banking pyramid scheme in American history will be sipping PINA COLLADAS in the Cayman Islands for the rest of their lives. For company, they will have drug dealers, scammers and snake oil salesmen. But the service will be five star all the way as long as it lasts
MORE TO LIFE THAN MONEY
Meanwhile, my clients will take their check and move on with their lives but with something more important than money, fame or power. They will have kept their dignity, honesty, respect and integrity throughout this whole affair intact and without blemish. They did not commit fraud, misrepresent or become not available or reachable. They played by the rules and there is something to be said about that
MY CRIMINAL CLIENTS?
Imagine, they had the nerve many years ago to call before there was any problems and try to work something out. The gall to renegotiate a loan. The audacity to act and think responsibly after losing their jobs, income and no health insurance and the temerity to admit it publicly that they wanted to still make good and inquire what could be done. Can someone help us please was met with...Are you kidding?
It's over now for my clients and it ended on a happy note. Those bitter memories of being mistreated are offset by compensation and time
