What Topics Generate the Most Comments?

We frequently read posts wondering what topics to write about and which posts or topics get the most activity or comments.  And of couse there is the mystery of how Active Rain decides how a post should be featured.  So we occasionally look at our posts and (traffic) and click on the various headings to sort by frequency.  Here is the lastest result for our posts getting the most commnets.

Spot a trend or common theme?

My Two Cents!Is it short sales, pocket listings, or leads. 

Well kinda. 

But the real common theme is a topic that hits agents in their pocket!  Probably because the average agent does not make anywhere near as much money as the public perceives and many struggle just to make a living.  

 

So hit us in our pocket and you got our attention and will likely hear our 2 cents worth!

Unless you make people angry. I wrote recently about a LinkedIn post that got more than 5,000 comments because people had such strong opinions for or against what the poster proposed. I forget the ratio - but the angry people far outweighed the ones in support.
