According to our local multiple listing service(MLS) there are currently no condos available for sale and no closed sales year-to-date at The Gardens on Hill.  There is one unit in escrow - a two bedroom, two bath short sale last priced at $322,700.    In 2012, according to MLS statistics there were two sales:  a two bedroom, two bath with approximately 1160 square feet closed in December for $400,000 and a apx 1220 square feet unit sold in November for $395,000.
