Most of your good home inspectors will put something in the report about getting the tree limbs trimmed back off of the roof area and the bushes trimmed back away from the house.  It may not get put on the summary but it probably is in the report.  At IHI Home Inspections we do a separate maintence summary that we put things like this on so that the new home owner will have a road map, especially if they are a frist time home buyer.
