Open House "Guess The Price Form" Guaranteed To Produce Results

Here on Long Island Public Open Houses are a big thing... Unfortunately they are not always productive for the agents because most folks are still in the early looking stages and seldom are the agents able to get the correct follow up information from their visitors...

Several years ago we came up with this Guess The Price Sheet and we have found it is an awesome way to get the correct information from those attending our Open Houses and even of more value to the agents is that the Estimated Sales Price is a wonderful tool to share with the Sellers and has often resulted in our agents getting Price Reductions which assist them in getting the home sold. So this Form which I am very please to share with all truly creates a Win Win Situation for all!!!!

We do share the $100.00 Gift Certificate with our agents and we all agree that it is money well spent...

I've used this before at broker's opens - and you do get very honest input about pricing when agents want to win the prize. I hadn't thought of incorporating it to use at a public open house - but now am curious to see what I'd get! Thanks for sharing.

Uhhhh. Well I think that buyers with smart phones don't have to guess it at all...all they need to do is look it up on Realtor.com or Trulia or Zillow....or they've seen it on line before even coming to the open.

We are asking for the price the house will sell for not the asking price of the house! Once the house sells we advise those that filled out the forms what it sold for and if anyone guessed the selling price we send them the $100.00.
