A couple of years ago I posted a blog about this wonderful old house hoping to find a sympathic buyer to restore it to it's former glory. Sadly a developer did buy this spectacular property and quickly was able to sub-divide it into several valuable parcels. His intention was indeed to restore this home and live in it with his young family.
Things change. Sadly Hurricane Sandy came along and did a lot more damage than this wonderful old lady could take. She'll most likely have to come down. One things for sure, the current owner is facing a lot more than he bargained for. Hopefully, the sales of the new lots will make his family's dreams come true. However, if someone with money being no object came along, looking to restore this wonderful home to its former glory before time runs out, bring me a proposal and I'll see if I can make it work for you.
