Another Baltimore Condo Sold and Settled Today

It was a perfect day for a settlement...sunny, cool, breezy and in the 50's. That my favorite temperature in Baltimore. But let's face it.. any day is perfect for a settlement.

With the HUD 1 on my iPad and the use of the big calculator...it was nice not to shuffle any papers.

This closing was finalized in less than an hour with handshakes and good wishes to everyone.
