When you do come close to the homes in the community, there typically is a lake or wetland preserve between the fairway and the homes although most of the fairways in Misty Creek are completely surrounded by a woodland preserve that is home to many resident bald eagles. The result is Misty Creek is a member of the National Audubon Society. The club is conscious about maintaining a natural course and in the neighborhood and it is considered a “Green” community as a direct result of the conservative stewardship. The Presereve at Misty Creek homes for Sale offer perfect-sized lots, and beautiful landscaping. Some of the homes in the community sit on parcels that are postcard perfect Though the greens at Misty Creek are fairly sandy and extremely hard rolled, the fairways are lush and green, the water hazards are repositories for golf balls.
