Lunch and learn with an old friend!
Yesterday, I was fortunate that my company had booked a special guest for a tech update in our lunch and learn series. The guest speaker was an old ActiveRain friend René Fabre.
I got there early and René and I had to laugh how much we know about each other and actually we've only met in person two to three times. He is by far a guru when it comes to social networking and how they work and how to apply them to your business.
René started out giving us some background on LinkedIn, Google plus and Yelp. One of the attendees was anxious only to hear about LinkedIn. René stood his ground and gave an outstanding presentation how all three of the programs intermingle and in so, become more valuable.
I would not hesitate in recommending René to anyone or any company who would like to learn more about how we can use social media for best results.
Thanks again René for an outstanding presentation!
(Don't worry René used the word ActiveRain exactly 23 times in his 1½ hour presentation =])
