Absolutely Dorie...all signals are pointing up for this market right now.

Toni...all of my communities are doing well in the distressed market right now.  So happy for it.

Very true Karen.  It is good for normal sales and overall prices.

Barbara...there is no time to dilly-dally.  They do need to act now.

Showing homes all day today Joan but I am available tomorrow. ;-)

Ginny...many believe the same thing here too.  Sometimes they are great deals, other times, not so much.
