Laconic is the new word of the day

Laconic is the new word of the day.

I do this all the time.  I know some of you do it to but it can come back to bite you.  This word has its place but at times it is best if you don’t follow the rules it sets forth.  I know I’ve lost some clients because this is just a part of me and my style.  The meaning of (le kan’ik)  is a brief of speech or expression.  What say you do you leave yourself (short) sometimes?  Join us tomorrow for another journey into the wonderful world of Wordsmith.  Click on the link below.  Who knows you may learn something along the way and some of the words may even bring a smile to your face.

I like the word James but it doesn't fit inspectors well.  Seems there's always more to say.  Today will be a beautiful spring day in your neck of the woods, have a good one.

Hi James,

Like Vince said there is always a little more to say when it comes to inspecting a home.

But there are times I can be a little Laconic and that's not a good thing. But I am know for speaking my mind.

Have a great day in Rogers. Enjoy the links.

Best, Clint McKie

Oh, you mean laconic like when some telemarketer called me and kept talking and talking and I finally said, "I have to go now, goodbye" and I hung up. The people around me stared at me because they did not realize I wasn't talking to a friend. That's a very helpful phrase. I have to go now, goodbye.
