In today’s Real Estate market, including a home Feng Shui assessment along with the other required services is becoming more common and requested by clients and Real Estate agents across the Nation.
For those who are seeking a New York City apartment or Long Island home, Ms. Cerrano can also attend open houses with you to perform a Feng Shui assessment on the spot or you can schedule a private meeting with the current homeowner, your agent and her to truly grasp a deeper reading of that space. *This process is strongly recommended* Please let Laura know if you wish her to attend all locations to assess or certain ones.
First: An on site interview is provided to help gain an understanding about the history of that space and previous occupants. Ms. Cerrano would also like understand the key intentions for why you are seeking to live or work in that given location.
Second: Laura will due a walk through of the entire space as to read the energy and use the Ba-gua to assess the flow of energy. She will also point out any major areas of “Feng Shui” concern, if any.
Third: Once the onsite assessment has been completed, you will receive a 3-9 page assessment summary recapping all major areas of your potential new home or business to be mindful of.
Home or Apartment Feng Shui Assessment: $170.00 (one hour minimum)
Additional time may be required to assess the layout of your home or apartment if the space is 2-3 levels and/or if you would like a space clearing. (Space clearings are not included with the 1st hour assessment fee)
Rate for a Home or Apartment Feng Shui Assessment after the first hour: $99.00 an hour
Fee includes travel time/cost to New York City, Long Island (Nassau/Suffolk), Queens and Brooklyn to meet on-site for the Feng Shui assessments
Please be considerate of your and Ms. Cerrano’s time. If you need to reschedule an appointment please allow 48-24 hours notice in advance. Same day consultations will have an additional small fee due to last minute scheduling. If you cancel 1 time and request to reschedule a second time, a deposit is required (this is none refundable).*Carole Provenzale was a Certified Feng Shui Consultant who graduated from the Country's very first School for Feng Shui Studies that was licensed and accredited in 1997. She established Feng Shui Long Island along with her Daughter, Laura Cerrano. Ms. Cerrano is the second generation of Certified feng Shui consultants in her family. Being certified in 2000 and establishing her own company "Feng Shui Manhattan," Laura has a strong client base in New York City, Long Island NY, Queens, Brooklyn, New Jersey, Staten Island and the rest of the Tri-State area.
