Not sure if anyone yet has had the pleasure of working with someone from a different culture? In a recent cash deal, I was working with a group of investors. Thing is if you work with investors or even with buyers and seller of a different culture then you need to embrace it. Because they are here to stay. While the majority of my business is rooted in FHA and VA loans, and local sellers. You cannot discount the fact that since 2008, there is a large influx of foreign investors coming into the States to invest in Real Estate. Just remember treat them as you want to be treated, and you will see returns on your efforts.
