Big Ben

For those of you in metro New York, you are used to hearing something close to that at 10pm on Fox 5.  My wife just called me and asked the above blog title.  She figured I would be home by now.  Nope still babysitting the pump at an reo with 6ft of water in the basement.  A national lender called me today after i advised them 2 days ago there was water in the basement to about 3ft while doing a bpo.  They called me today to say the best estimate they received was $2000.00. !

So hear I sit for another hour, will turn off the pump and get some sleep, come back at daybreak and start the pump again.

Its midnight are you working?

Jeffrey -   If folks just knew all the things we do for our clients and customers . . . I hope you get the home dried out soon.  Best wishes!

Jeff - Good luck with your pump out.  Let me know if you need a good handyman for jobs like that in our area.

Jeff - I hope you won't have to spend too much time with the pump today.  Yes we go above and beyond the call of duty.

Jeff, no!  I was about to turn off the Colbert Report and go to sleep!  So you were able to hook into wi-fi?

It time you hired a night shift. You may want to consider a swing shift too. Unless of course you think two 12 hrs shift is better.

NO; but I was blogging at 1am!  Sounds more fun than what you were doing; especially since I had a glass of wine at the time!

Wow! Such is the life of an REO agent! An REO agent in our office had a listing that transferred to him that had 7 feet of water in the basement. Good luck on selling that one!
