Happiness is an internal emotion . . . . and you will be as happy as you allow yourself to be.
Some people walk around in a perpetual state of happiness . . . . they find the good in other people . . . . and they seem to find happiness in many things in their life.
They will find happiness in special moments and in little successes.
Their happiness is in their attitude . . . . and the way they view their life.
They’re not looking for the next great thing to happen in their life . . . . they enjoy the moment there in. And they find happiness in the people in their life and what those people mean to them.
You will be about as happy as you expect to be . . . . for those who expect to have it in their life . . . . will find it.
