broken Pressure Valve

The past couple of weeks have been strange weather conditions for lots of people and for some it has cost them millions! Here in Vegas we've seen several days of freezing temperatures here at my house in Seven Hills I recorded a low of 18 degrees last week. It's not going to cost us millions but there is going to be lots of repair work for thousands of home owners here in Southern Nevada. The photo is one of my pressure relief valves that filled with so much ice it exploded the top into pieces. I know there will be lots of maintenance for almost every home in town between the broken water lines and the dead plants. Good News if you are a landscape contractor!

We have had some cold weather in Fort Worth only in the 20s not in the teens. Glad you made it without much damage. I am sure in a few months we will be thinking how nice it would be to have just a blast of some cold weather.

Rick-

It's still cold here, I was walking through my neighborhood today and there is still a large patch of ice in an are that is always in the shade! I'm sure you are right about the mild weather but I'm in the mood for some convertible weather!!!!!!!!!
