This year, the Cardinals selected 9 players in the NFL draft. For the first round, they took the highly talented offensive guard, Jonathan Cooper. Hopefully, this will help with their run game which they desperately need. The Cardinals took a gamble with Tyrann Mathieu. If he can stay off the pot (marijuana), he can possibly be one of the draft steals. Three of the later draft picks were all considered third-rounders. Stefan Taylor, Ryan Swope, and Andre Ellington could be the sleepers of the draft and turn into NFL stars. With this year's free agency and other draft picks, hopefully the Cardinals can put a winning season together and make the NFL play-offs. Many NFL experts think the Cardinals are in the toughest division of the National Football League. The Cardinals have a very good defense.
