Hi Morgan -- Mandarin and and to some degree Cantonese speaking real estate agents are an important part of the San Gabriel Valley community where I practice - knowing there is a Manhattan connection is important as well.

Morgan, I so agree with that.  I experience a similar situations with my German buyers.  Although they often do speak English quite well, they have a greater comfort level working with someone who speaks their native tongue.
