Sandy - was out here looking for another one of your posts and 1.75 bathrooms caught my attention here.  What constitutes 3/4 of a bathroom?

Hi Nancy ~ 3/4 bath would be a toilet, vanity and shower.  No bathtub.  Thanks for asking!

I wish they would let us do the 3/4 bath here but they are full baths even with only a shower.

Gene I wonder why?  Even as a kid I remember my folks looking at a home and the agent saying 3/4 bath and full bath.  So now I've just come to expect that if there's no tub it's not a full bath.  Gotta have a tub!  Do you have half bath?  That would be a toilet and vanity.  Thanks for commenting.

I guess it all depends on what part of the country you're in.  Here in Ga, it's either full or half.  Have never seen 3/4.  Thanks for the explaination!

Hi Sandy.  It looks like a nice listing in your area.  Looks like you have a very good promotional program going on too.  Good Luck!

Nancy you are welcome!

Donald thank you for viewing and the feedback.  I'm hoping we get a buyer off the fence soon.  This is a really great home close to everything.
