Special Loan Program

Loan Offerings – I have a bank that offers up to 85% financing on combined loan amounts up to $1,500,000 and no mortgage insurance.  The offer first loans up to 80% and a home equity line of credit for the balance of the 85%.  Their fixed 30 year product is not a great rate compared to 80% 30 year jumbo offerings in the marketplace but their ARMs are quite attractive.  I have just closed two refinances and provided clients with a product that is not available elsewhere.
